Details: FREE Admission. The open season for the Splash Park is April 1st to September 30th. Splash Park is closed to the public when reserved. It will re-open from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on reserved days.
Depot Park – Blue Grotto

Details: FREE Admission. Inspired by the underwater caverns in Central Florida, this custom structure is fun for all ages. With waterfalls, ground jets, water cannons, and hidden fossils, the blue grotto is the perfect spot for children and adults to play. The splash pad will be running when it’s above 70 degrees.
Splash Park at Lakeside Park

Details: FREE Admission. The Splash Park at Lakeside Park is seasonal and opens the Friday before spring break begins for Union County Schools and closes for the season on September 15th of every year.
The 300 Club has a 6-lane, 25-yard pool which is cooled in the summer and heated in the winter for year-round swimming opportunities. Lanes are always available for lap swimmers for serious training or fitness conditioning. It is also a place for fun and games for kids or anything in between. During the hot months, the evening hours are extended for family use. The grill on the upper deck can be reserved for parties or just a family get together.

Gainesville Country Club
On a bluff overlooking beautiful Paynes Prairie, our Olympic-sized swimming pool is an excellent place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our pool features designated lap lanes and easy access to bathrooms and our snack bar. Our pool is open year-round and staffed by certified lifeguards during the summer. Our youngest members enjoy their fun in the sun in our splash pad area or on the playground. We offer many pool-related activities during the summer months, including dive-in movies, pool parties, swimming lessons, water exercise classes and swim team practices.
Haile Plantation Golf and Country Club
Haile Plantation offers a year-round aquatics program at the Clubhouse’s heated swimming pool. Aqua aerobic classes are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and Aqua Zumba on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The Junior Swim Team meets year round and offers swim lessons for people of all ages and levels of swimming ability. The Club’s seasonal pool, located at the Fitness Center property, is available for recreational swimming. The Waterslide at the Clubhouse pool is a seasonal offering and is open when a Life Guard is on duty. The Cabanas are also seasonal and can be reserved with Food & Beverage service provided. Pool parties can be arranged at either pool.

The YMCA offers swim lessons for all ages, family swim, and many kinds of aquatic fitness programs, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment. Our Y facilitates a 25 meter pool with six lap lanes, an open swim area with a 3.5 – 5 foot depth, and a spacious pool deck with picnic tables, shaded area, and access from the deck to the locker rooms.
